The Challenge
Students come with messy, varied material — PDFs, screenshots, YouTube links. The AI had to extract structure and generate pedagogically sound content reliably and quickly.
The Solution
I built a document-ingestion pipeline (PDF/OCR/transcripts) that normalizes content into a knowledge base, then uses Gemini to generate aligned quizzes, summaries and plans — with quality checks before anything is shown.
